Connected Co requires 2 business days’ notice for all cancellations. Business days are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Fridays 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. This policy is in place to allow us the required time to notify someone on the waitlist of appointment availability. Clients will be notified in writing about all late cancellations and missed appointments. Clients will be charged the full fee of service for late cancellations and missed appointments.
